The Sunday Circle is our format for small, guided conversations around a shared theme. Creativity. Fresh starts. Ordinary joys. The aim is to give everyone room to speak, listen, and meet people beyond their usual routine.

One theme, several perspectives

A suggested circle has four to eight adults and a host who introduces the topic, explains the boundaries, and keeps an eye on time. An opening round makes it easier to begin. No one has to deliver a polished insight or a personal revelation.

02 /

Listen with care

Speak from your own experience. Ask before offering advice. Give others time and keep what they share private. Hosts can ask someone to pause or leave if their behaviour makes participation uncomfortable. Our community guidelines explain the expectations in more detail.

Know what you are joining

Before agreeing to a session, you should receive its format, date, duration, host details, and any price. Circles may be online or in a suitable public venue, depending on availability. The name is a mood as well as a day; scheduling is confirmed separately.

Tell us what interests you

Use the short connection enquiry and choose “A small conversation circle.” You can mention a theme in the optional note. We will review your request and contact you if a relevant opportunity is available. These social conversations are not group therapy or a crisis service.
